Terms of service

These terms describe the contract between you (the client) and Bloomyroom (the studio) when you use this site to design a floral program. By submitting a brief or confirming an order you accept these terms.
Service description
Bloomyroom is a floral identity studio. We design floral programs around your interior — palette, light, proportions, brief — using AI assistance, and coordinate execution with selected partner florists in the United Arab Emirates.
We are not the executing florist. We design the program, validate the finished arrangement before delivery, and coordinate the partner who prepares and delivers it.
How an order works
Step 1 — Brief: you complete a short intake form on /start (photos, style, budget, frequency).
Step 2 — Plan: we generate a tailored floral plan within roughly 30 seconds. The plan is held as a draft for 48 hours. After 48 hours an unconfirmed plan expires and you must request a new one.
Step 3 — Confirmation: you confirm the plan via the WhatsApp link on the plan page. Confirmation creates an order in our system.
Step 4 — Payment: we send a secure payment link before preparation begins. No flowers are prepared until payment is confirmed.
Step 5 — Florist execution: we assign one of our partner florists, brief them with your plan, and they prepare the arrangements.
Step 6 — Bloomyroom validation: before delivery, Bloomyroom reviews a photo of the finished arrangement against your brief. We approve it or ask the florist to redo it.
Step 7 — Delivery: the florist delivers within the confirmed window.
Pricing
Prices shown are in UAE Dirham (AED) and exclude any applicable VAT, which will be added at checkout where required.
The price you see when you confirm the plan is the price you pay, except where you explicitly request changes that affect cost.
Recurring programs (weekly, biweekly, monthly) are currently invoiced per delivery. Subscription billing is not yet enabled — each delivery is confirmed before preparation.
Substitutions
The exact stems may vary based on daily availability in Dubai. Bloomyroom always preserves the palette, proportion, mood, and budget value of your program. Substitutions are made within the same aesthetic register.
If a substitution would meaningfully change the design (e.g. a hero variety becomes unavailable), we contact you for approval before delivery.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a confirmed order without charge until preparation begins (typically the morning of the delivery day). After preparation has started, the order is not refundable because flowers have been ordered and conditioned.
If we fail to deliver, deliver damaged flowers, or deliver something materially different from the validated photo, contact us and we will replace the order or refund it in full.
Photos and intellectual property
You retain ownership of any photos of your interior that you upload. By uploading them, you grant Bloomyroom a limited licence to use them solely to design and coordinate your floral program. We do not publish them externally.
The diagrams, prompts, brand assets, and the structure of the floral plan are the intellectual property of Bloomyroom. You receive the right to use the plan we deliver but not to resell or republish it.
Limitation of liability
We are liable for the floral program we coordinate. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for damages arising from misuse of flowers (e.g. allergic reactions when constraints were not declared, or pets eating arrangements when "pets in the space" was not flagged).
Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of every page. By using the service you agree to that policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to clients with active orders.
